廣西南寧正東食品有限責(zé)任公司，成立于2009年，工廠位于中國較大的番木瓜種植基地－廣西橫縣，是一家專業(yè)生產(chǎn)植物提取天然酶制品的公司。產(chǎn)品采用先進的膜分離技術(shù)、濃縮、滅菌、真空冷凍干燥技術(shù)。

公司的主要產(chǎn)品木瓜蛋白酶，從育苗開始到農(nóng)戶種植，真正做到從源頭監(jiān)管，產(chǎn)品不僅深受國內(nèi)客戶信賴，并出口海外多年，每年都通過海外客戶的審查。2010年我公司與外國專家合作，歷時三年成功從南瓜中提取出天然的抗壞血酸氧化酶（Ascorbate oxidase,ASO)，成為我公司出口的產(chǎn)品；2019年用超濾法成功從菠蘿皮莖中提取菠蘿蛋白酶并量產(chǎn)，菠蘿蛋白酶（Bromelain）現(xiàn)已成為我公司主要新產(chǎn)品。以市場為依托，為了企業(yè)的持續(xù)性發(fā)展，我司正在研發(fā)試產(chǎn)從獼猴桃中提取獼猴桃蛋白酶、在無花果中提取無花果蛋白酶、在辣根中提取過氧化物酶，在植提行業(yè)繼續(xù)砥礪前行。

公司嚴(yán)格按照食品安全管理體系和質(zhì)量安全體系生產(chǎn)管理，取得食品生產(chǎn)許可證后通過ISO22000的審核，并取得了伊斯蘭和猶太認(rèn)證(Kosher&Halal),擁用自主出口權(quán)。近年來，[正東天然酶ZDNE]這個品牌得到了國內(nèi)外客戶的高度認(rèn)可，知名度也不斷地提高，越來越多的客戶了解了正東。
